Very great car buying experience here!! Luis was a pleasure to deal with! Easiest transaction I have ever had at a car lot! Financing was simple, price was right, everything was perfect! If I could give 10 stars, I would! The car wasn’t yet detailed when I bought it so I came back and had it detailed after the purchase. I highly recommend Cerritos Mitsubishi! Ask for Luis!

I purchased a HPEV and traded in my Lexus on 10/26. The purchase part was fine. But I didn't receive a check yet and now it's December. When I call in, it's always their manager is on vacation and unreachable to their phone, they are just waiting on his signature. I don't know how the whole dealership function without this manager. Luckily I traded in Lexus fully paid, so it doesn't affect my credit. But if you are trading in a vehicle which has a loan on it. I suggest be really careful with this dealership.

This has been the worst car buy experience that I've had. I purchased my car back on July 2nd and its been nothing but a hassle. I've had check engine lights come on as well as over heating All this happened after the return period as well, and the extended warranty I bought does not cover any issues before hitting 3000 miles otherwise its a preexisting condition so that was a waste of money. The car was practically not drivable for a while. My temp tags expired back on 9/30/23 I've been to the dealer now 4 times because the car technically still isn't in my name according to the DMV. I was told to go in today to speak to a specific manager who would be there and wasted my lunch break to be told she was not in. I would rather get all my money back from my trade in and from what I've paid so far to just not deal with this car/dealership again. If anyone can get this refunded and returned I would be happy.

I had the BEST experience. I called several dealerships over the course of 2 weeks. With my busy schedule I was nervous about wasting an entire day sitting at a dealership. Chadi answered my call and knew exactly what I needed. He had everything ready to go for me. Tony in finance was great at being detailed and not wasting our time. Chadi explained my entire car to me and we were on our way. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Also, I don’t have any buyers remorse. I love my new outlander.

Patrick, Leo and Chadi are a hard working bunch over there. They truly bend over backwards for their customers even though I did not purchase my Mitsubishi's from them. I hope they stay in this spot for years to come!!!
